He has a passionate belief that "people are the key to success in any organisation."

Dr Asif's background was originally in the Hospital industry, Private and Public sector namely Jinnah Postgraduate, Liaqat National, Social Security hospital and lastly in Education & Ice industry management. From here Sir Asif moved into management development, joining The AKIFA Society as a president to focus on management and support. His career originated in Research and Development of operations moving to management training and health care.
