Sir Anwar's career has moved from information systems management with PSO to his current areas of specialty in organizational and personal change, team working, coaching, and leadership. Now he is also an Independent Director of Iqra Educational Society and responsible for company strategy and business development.

When not at work, Mr Anwar devotes his time to his association called Professionals for Educational Advancement in Karachi, helping and solving technical issues. Management of number of Schools should be exciting and not an easy task - success can be measured by the extent to which we capture people's imagination. Only when people are fulfilling their own dreams can they give 100% to their organisation. How he manage his passionate social work and pay attention to his own institutions, it's an example of multi talent ability and broad vision on consultancy projects designing and implementing policy, facilitating strategy development and leading cultural change programmes.

He is able to design, develop, train, facilitate, evaluate and offer advice to support increased knowledge, skills and understanding related to all aspects of people development.
